When checking assignment grades, quiz scores, and test scores in Skyward/Family Access make sure that you are going to the Skyward website.  Cell phone apps will not show you everything that you need to see.  You will see the full list of assignments, quizzes, and tests that are graded on the Skyward website as well as any comments that I may have made.

Materials Needed for Geometry and Geometry LAB classes:  compass, straightedge or ruler, spiral notebook(8 1/2" x 11" is best),  pens and pencils, highlighters, glue stick, calculator(not graphing), and graph paper.  If you do not want to use the classroom set of EXPO markers or scissors, feel free to bring your own.  All students must bring their LAPTOP every day for every class.

The Open House Videos need their links to be copied and then pasted into a browser.  Then download the file and you will be able to watch it.  :)

Students

All announcements,  assignments, projects, and test information, including due dates, are posted in our Google Classrooms. You will need to sign in with your GoTahoma email address and password. Remember, Google Classroom is not a gradebook.  In Google Classroom,  I will list every assignment but may not collect it through Google Classroom.  If it is an online assignment, you will see the link in Google Classroom.  If there is a book assignment, you will turn that into me and it will be graded in Skyward.  Assignments in Google Classroom will be returned after I have reviewed them. You will need to check Skyward for scores and grades. Click the Class Information link along the left for my syllabus and other important information about our class.

Parents and Guardians

I post all announcements, assignments, projects, and test details, including due dates, in Google Classroom, which all students in my classes have access to from any device. Upcoming assignments and projects will also appear on the class calendar (see left sidebar of this page).   If you would like to subscribe to daily or weekly email summaries of what's due and what's on the horizon,  send me your email address and I'll send you an invitation.

Google Classroom is not a gradebook. For grades and missing assignments, please check Skyward. You can also check the Calendar page on this site to see events and due dates.
