Free & Reduced Price Meals, Fee Waivers

Free and Reduced Price Meals
Students from low income families can get free or reduced price breakfasts and lunches by completing a "Household Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals" form. Use links below to view income guidelines to see if you qualify. Forms below

New applications should be completed every year in August before school starts; however, applications can be filled out at any time. You may fill out applications starting August 1 of each school year. Most applications are processed in a few days, but it may take up to 10 days. Parents/guardians will be notified by mail when the application has been processed.

Students who are homeless (McKinney-Vento), in foster care, or migrants are eligible through direct certification, which means students/families may not need to fill out an application.

  • PSAT, AP, Accuplacer
  • Homecoming & Prom tickets
  • College application fees, SAT, and ACT tests (additional paperwork may be required; see your counselor or a Future Ready Specialist)

How Does It Actually Work for Students?
Once the application(s) are processed, students will go through the lunch line, enter their student number, and not be charged for meals.

For other fees, students go to the school cashier, tell the cashier what they are there for (for example “I need to pay my course fee for ceramics”). They will receive a receipt $0.00 that shows the fee has been paid.
