Powder Puff Football: Junior and Senior girls are invited to an informational meeting TODAY during Power Hour A in room C110 (Mr. Burnham's room) or pick up a packet in the main office. There is no fee to join. Evening practices start the first week of October and the game is Nov. 10! 

Students Parking Off Campus: If you are parking off campus, please be respectful of the area and personal residences. Please do not block driveways and make sure you park respectfully along curbsides. If you are a junior/senior, we prefer you park on campus; you can buy a parking pass from the cashier. Sophomores will be eligible to purchase the remaining parking passes starting Oct. 3rd. Community, Commitment and Character is the THS way!

 Sophomore Parking Passes: Starting October 3rd, sophomores will be eligible for parking passes. There is a limited supply, fee is $40 and can only be purchased with the cashier. Click here to print/sign the form and submit to Mrs. Weihe.

 PSAT: THS is offering the PSAT on Saturday, October 15. Register by paying $25 online or to the THS cashier. Click here for more information.

Saving and Paying for College is October 6, not October 4: On October 6 from 6:30-7:30 pm, all Tahoma families are invited to learn about the costs of college, the value of education after high school, 529 Plans, types of financial aid, expected Family Contribution (EFC), student loans, and tax opportunities. This event is in-person in the Performing Arts Center--enter at the east entrance (Les Schwab/Goodwill side).

 After School Help Sessions: Sessions start next week in the Learning Commons.  Teachers are available to help students from 2:30-3:30 PM in English, Math, and Science.  Please review day/subject schedule: Tuesday - English/Math/Science; Wednesday - English/Science; Thursday - Math.

 Nurse’s Corner: Students who do not feel well need to be checked out by the nursing staff before leaving; please advise your student to go to the nurse’s office, you can then pick them up on the WEST side of the school.  Out Of Darkness Walk: Tahoma is uniting to support those who have been impacted by suicide. Be a part of our first ever Team Tahoma at the Seattle Out of the Darkness Community Walk! The walk will be held at the Seattle Center, Fisher Pavilion- 10/09/2022 starting at 10:30 am. To join the team, donate, or find out more information go to:

THS Football v Kentwood: Game is this Thursday, September 22nd at 6:00 PM at French Field.  All Kent schools are using on-line digital ticketing for entry into their home sporting events.  Fans can go to the site below for tickets through Home Town Tickets for the THS/KWHS football game this Thursday:

 Attendance: If your student needs to leave early, please provide as much notice as possible in order to avoid delayed dismissal; a dismissal slip will be delivered to your student, and they’ll meet you at your car! Please leave a voicemail at 425-413-6209, email [email protected], or send a note with your student. Parents can access student attendance history via Skyward and have 48 hours to excuse absences when warranted; unexcused absences are treated as truancies. Students will be held accountable for all tardies and classes missed.
