 Team Sports:
The intent of the Health and Fitness program at Tahoma High School is to provide each student the opportunity to participate in a variety of enjoyable physical activities. Students will apply the skills they have developed while participating team sports into their daily lives (present and future). Emphasis will be on the goals of physical fitness and the acquisition of skills and concepts in which the student can participate after graduation.

Participation  is essential for H&F credit. In order to receive credit one must be actively involved in all class activities, such as daily stretching, fitness, and skill activities. These activities are essential for a positive learning experience.
